Note on Copyright
Neither Stockton University nor The Citizens Archive of Pakistan hold copyright to the Materials and cannot grant copyright permission. To cite or publish quotations that fall within Fair Use, as defined under United States Copyright Law, no permission is required. For instances beyond Fair Use, it is the responsibility of the Applicant to determine whether any permissions related to copyright, privacy, publicity, or any other rights are necessary for their intended use of the Materials, and to obtain all required permissions from any existing rights holders.
Note on Indemnification
The Applicant agrees to defend and hold harmless Stockton University and The Citizens Archive of Pakistan, their board members, staff, employees, and consultants against all claims, demands, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from, or relating to, the use of the Materials. This indemnification obligation includes causes of action based upon a claim that the Applicant's use of the Materials infringes or violates any intellectual property rights including, but not limited to patents, copyrights, trade names, trade secrets, privacy, publicity rights, licenses or any other rights of any third party.
